Three days of cannabis, tourism, wellness, investment, culture, and community-building in Negril.
CCTS is designed around the real intersections shaping the Caribbean cannabis economy. The programme will include main-stage conversations, workshops, sponsor and exhibitor engagement, wellness programming, networking, media moments, and community-focused sessions across the summit weekend.
Full session details, speakers, and workshop times will be announced as programming is confirmed.
The Caribbean Needs Its Own Room
A defining conversation on what it will take to build a more connected Caribbean cannabis economy—one that reflects the region’s priorities, protects its communities and creates meaningful opportunities across borders.
Summit Programming
Creating a Caribbean Cannabis Corridor
A regional discussion on policy alignment, trade, standards, travel and the relationships required to connect Caribbean cannabis markets.
Tourism 3.0: Cannabis and the Visitor Economy
How cannabis, culture, wellness, hospitality and community experiences can create new income across the tourism value chain.
Culture Is Not Free
Caribbean cannabis culture, genetics, language, music and identity have helped shape a global industry. This conversation examines intellectual property, appellations, attribution and who benefits when culture becomes commerce.
Traditional Ganja Farming Communities and the Visitor Economy
A conversation on how traditional farming communities can participate meaningfully in tourism without losing control of their land, knowledge, culture or economic value.
Who Owns and Who Regulates Sacramental Rights?
A major global conversation on Rastafari, religious freedom, access, regulation and the institutions claiming authority over sacramental cannabis rights.
Regional Regulators Roundtable
Regulators, policymakers and industry stakeholders examine standards, licensing, access, trade and the possibilities for greater Caribbean coordination.
Caribbean Cannabis Tourism Data
What do we actually know about the cannabis-motivated traveller? This session will explore available research, market gaps and the data Caribbean destinations need to make better decisions.
Hospitality, Wellness Tourism and Cannabis
How hotels, retreats, wellness providers, tour operators and destinations can responsibly build cannabis-connected visitor experiences.
Consumer Choice and Access in Medical Cannabis
A discussion on patient needs, affordability, product availability, whole-plant medicine and the gap between regulated systems and real consumer behaviour.
High Performance: Cannabis, Recovery & the Modern Athlete
A focused conversation on cannabis, recovery, pain management, athlete wellness and elite performance. The session will also examine anti-doping policy—including the important distinction between substances prohibited “in-competition” and at all times—and what athletes, coaches and sporting organisations need to understand as cannabis policy continues to evolve.
Investing in the Caribbean Cannabis Economy
What will it take to attract serious, responsible investment into the Caribbean cannabis, hemp, wellness and tourism sectors? This main-stage conversation brings together investors, entrepreneurs, policymakers and development leaders to examine capital access, investor readiness, regulatory risk, regional opportunities and the infrastructure needed to move credible businesses from potential to growth. The session will also explore how Caribbean enterprises can become more investable without surrendering local ownership, culture or long-term value.
From Crop to Clinical Care
How can cannabis-based medicines move from cultivation and retail into national healthcare systems? This main-stage conversation examines what it will take to develop clinically validated products for pain, sleep, mobility and other defined applications—and then register, prescribe, dispense and potentially cover them through pharmacies, hospitals, insurers and public health programmes.
Drawing on Caribbean priorities and international experience from markets such as Canada and Germany, the session will explore standardised formulations beyond flower, clinical evidence, physician and pharmacist education, local manufacturing, reimbursement and how the region can produce more of the medicines its own people need.
Hemp Without Borders
How industrial hemp production in countries such as Guyana could support construction, packaging, textiles, wellness, food and manufacturing across the Caribbean—creating regional supply chains, new trade opportunities and shared economic value.
Â
Hemp Beverages: A Better Alternative?
Hemp-derived beverages offer measured dosing, a social experience and a potential alternative to alcohol. This conversation explores hospitality applications, consumer safety, regional regulation and whether approved products could move across Caribbean markets through import systems similar to alcohol.
Sustainable Tourism & Resilient Destinations
Tourism growth must strengthen the places and communities that make the Caribbean worth visiting. This track explores how hotels, wellness properties, farms, attractions and policymakers can reduce environmental impact, build climate resilience, support local supply chains and keep more tourism value within the region. From energy, water and waste to community ownership and regenerative visitor experiences, the focus is on building destinations that can thrive long into the future.
Â
Tourism, Cannabis and the Sustainable Development Goals
How can cannabis, hemp and tourism contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals across the Caribbean? This session examines the industry’s potential to create decent work, support local enterprise, strengthen rural and coastal communities, encourage responsible production, advance climate resilience and build regional partnerships. It also considers how governments, investors and tourism operators can measure real social and environmental impact—not simply use sustainability as a marketing label.

The final programme will reflect confirmed guests, selected speaker applications, regional participation and the practical opportunities emerging across the Caribbean cannabis and tourism sectors.
Programme subject to change. Sessions, speakers, venues and times may be adjusted based on guest availability, confirmed partners, operational requirements and selected speaker submissions.
