The CCTS Deal Room
Where Caribbean Opportunity Meets Capital, Access and Experience.
A private, curated environment connecting selected entrepreneurs with investors, financial institutions, established operators and strategic partners.
This is where promising ventures meet people who can help finance, develop, distribute, scale, or open markets for them.
Investor participation is by invitation only.

The Caribbean Needs Its Own Investment Room
Across the Caribbean, strong businesses and investable ideas are emerging at the intersection of cannabis, tourism, wellness, agriculture, culture, and hospitality.
Too often, however, the entrepreneurs building them and the investors looking for opportunities are not in the same room.
The CCTS Deal Room is designed to close that distance.
We are bringing together qualified investors, fund managers, financial institutions, family offices, development partners, established operators, and carefully selected ventures for focused conversations during the Summit.
Not every conversation will result in a transaction. Every introduction should have a reason for happening.
What Happens Inside the Deal Room?
The Deal Room is not another conference panel. It is a working environment built to help opportunities move forward.
Participants may take part in:
- Curated introductions between investors and ventures
- Scheduled one-to-one meetings
- Selected venture presentations
- Investor and market-entry discussions
- Private follow-up conversations
- Partnership and joint-venture exploration
- Conversations around equity, debt, blended finance, distribution, licensing, land, hospitality, technology, and regional expansion
Where appropriate, the CCTS team will continue facilitating introductions after the Summit.
For Investors and Strategic Partners
The Deal Room offers investors access to entrepreneurs and operators working across emerging and underdeveloped Caribbean markets.
We welcome participation from:
- Angel investors and family offices
- Venture capital and private equity firms
- Impact and development-finance organisations
- Banks, credit providers, and alternative-finance platforms
- Hospitality and tourism investment groups
- Cannabis and wellness operators seeking regional partnerships
- Distributors, manufacturers, and market-access partners
- Real-estate, land, and infrastructure partners
- Government investment and export agencies
- Diaspora investors interested in Caribbean opportunities
Investor participation is curated. Tell us what sectors, markets, business stages, and transaction types interest you, and we will identify relevant conversations wherever possible.
Come Looking for More Than a Pitch
Some ventures need capital. Others need distribution, technical expertise, land, licensing support, hospitality partners, export access, or an experienced operator.
The right strategic relationship may be as valuable as the cheque.
Investor participation is by invitation only.
For Entrepreneurs and Operators
We are seeking credible Caribbean and Caribbean-connected ventures ready for serious business conversations.
Relevant sectors include:
- Licensed cannabis cultivation, processing, retail, and services
- Cannabis tourism and visitor experiences.
- Wellness, retreats, and therapeutic services
- Hotels, resorts, villas, and hospitality concepts.
- Nutraceuticals and natural products
- Agriculture, agro-processing, and hemp.
- Food, beverage, and consumer brands
- Technology, payments, logistics, and professional services.
- Creative, cultural, and community-led enterprises
- Infrastructure supporting tourism, agriculture, and regional trade
Ventures may be at different stages, but applicants must be able to clearly explain the opportunity, the business model, the market, the team, and what they are seeking.
Submitting a venture does not automatically guarantee a presentation or meeting. Applications will be reviewed for relevance, readiness, and alignment with participating investors and strategic partners.
What We Will Ask From Ventures
Applicants should be prepared to provide:
- A concise description of the business
- The problem being addressed
- The product, service, or project
- Current stage and operating market
- Evidence of traction, where available
- The amount or type of support being sought
- Intended use of capital
- Information about the founding or leadership team
- A pitch deck or supporting materials
- Any regulatory, licensing, or market-entry considerations
Selected ventures may be asked to participate in a preparation session before the Summit.
How Participation Works
1. Express Interest
Investors tell us what they are looking for. Entrepreneurs submit their venture and specific ask.
2. Review and Curation
The CCTS team reviews submissions and identifies potential alignment between participants.
3. Introductions and Scheduling
Relevant meetings and presentations are scheduled around the Summit programme.
4. Meet in Negril
Participants enter the Deal Room prepared for focused, decision-level conversations.
5. Continue the Conversation
Where both parties are interested, introductions continue beyond the Summit.
The Open Pitch
A limited number of ventures will be selected to present before a small audience of investors, operators, and strategic partners.
The Open Pitch is designed to surface opportunities that deserve wider attention while giving entrepreneurs direct, practical feedback from people who understand capital, business development, and Caribbean markets.
Selection will be based on readiness, relevance, clarity of the opportunity, and potential regional impact.
Private Meeting Rooms
Organisations requiring confidential or extended discussions may request a private meeting space during the Summit.
Private rooms can be used for:
- Investor presentations
- Due-diligence conversations
- Partnership negotiations
- Market-entry meetings
- Government or institutional discussions
- Legal and financial consultations
Availability is limited and advance booking is required.
Important Participation Note
The CCTS Deal Room facilitates introductions and business conversations. Participation does not constitute endorsement, financial advice, an offer of securities, or a guarantee of investment.
Participants are responsible for conducting their own legal, financial, regulatory, and commercial due diligence. Ventures should only share information they are authorised and comfortable to disclose.
